Canon is that Helspawn realised the Champion was grooming her for incest, snapped out of it through sheer disgust, stole the beautiful sword, fell through a portal to Eden and settled down there after cleaning up her act. She married a lizan, had a long, boring life, and passed away in her sleep at a ripe old age. Her granddaughter runs the Rigard blacksmith.

This ending was officially approved and written as a thumb in the eye of all the people who pissed Savin off demanding Helspawn incest.

You talk about incest with Helspawn, but you forget about incest with Tamani's daughters and how many times they either want sex with the PC or they try to rape the PC.

This is a gross abuse of a corpse; the thread had been dead for nearly two years and didn't need to be dug out from its grave.
I doubt Tobs forgot about Tamani's daughters since they are irrelevant to Helspawn's situation. The gaggle of cock-goblins weren't being groomed by the Champ into being daddy chasers, they were just doing what sex crazed goblins do. Helspawn had the possibility of a creepy Champ steering her towards a controlling, incestuous relationship (which unfortunately, as mentioned previously, became canon).
