The mod which allows the CoC universe into a VR style in TiTS seems like an amazing thing to me, but I want to know if there is a way to enable the mod on Android? Or is strictly PC at the moment? I can only play TiTS and CoC on Android, but this mod seems amazing to me. If there is any way to install the mod for an Android phone, please let me know?

I'm not going to mess with builds for different systems for a reasons, but there are workaround:
1) Install flash player for android: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installing-flash-player-android-devices.html
2) Save swf file to sdcard
3) Open url file:///sdcard/ with your browser
4) Find and open sfw file
