So I received the email, but I can't find the representative on Tavros.

Go to the merchant deck and go to like the top left

An icon will appear on the left side of the merchant deck. You may need to wait around for it to appear depending on the ingame time.

Goodness I believe people are gonna start needing to drop in characters with walkthroughs to them.
