I searched the forums and read several threads about the nursery, and while people mention that children from certain origins are un-nameable, I was under the impression that any that you gave birth to, you are supposed to be able to name, or see in the nursery somewhere or something? I've been over the article on Pregnancy on the wiki - the Nursery only gets a segment in the general page on Tavros Station - and I still can't quite figure it out.
Currently, my Steele is running around as male (that is, masculine, penis, no vagina) and has the following kids at the nursery: 2 Raskvel offspring (1 male, 1 female) 9-12 months
4 Lapinara offspring (2 sons, 2 mixed-gender), newborn
5 Nyrea offspring (1 son, 4 daughters), newborn
The Lapinara offspring are from Steele carrying Parasitic Lapinara eggs from Tarkus, the Nyrea offspring are from Steele carrying eggs from the crystal goo at Taivra's palace. If my understanding is correct, I should not be able to do anything with/about the Raskvel offspring, but should I be able to name the Lapinara and Nyrea ones, since Steele 'gave birth' to them, or is it only Steele giving vaginal, live-offspring births that count? There hasn't been a lot of clarity in the information I've found about it, so I can't tell if my nursery is bugged in that it's a ghost town in there despite there being offspring... somewhere.. and there's no option to name even ones Steele carried, or if I've misunderstood what exactly makes them nameable or not, and if I should see any evidence of them around the rooms of the nursery.
