Help with Kelly and Urta/Kath training

Hey there everyone, Discovered this great game recently and have been having fun with it. 2 thing I'm having troubles with. How do we give Kert the necessary items to turn him into Kelly? And how exactly can we have Urta help train Kath?

To have Urta help train Katherine, first you need to get to Lover status with Urta. Then after you've spoken with Kath about getting her a job, go to the bar when Urta isn't sloshed (mornings work well) and talk to her about training Katherine.
