Help with Dungeons

I'm stuck in the game. I want to move on but I seem to just go in circles getting bad endings.
I heard the sand witch dungeon is the longest and the demon factory is the main quest. I'm only level 7, what level should I be before I can march into these place again without get murdered at the front door?
I wish when you hovered a mouse over a location name that total you the average number for the enemies of that area.

Factory (Level 5) -> Zetaz's Dungeon (Level 10) -> Lethice's Dungeon (Level 20).

Sand Witch is like 10ish, IIRC, and Tower of the Phoenix is level 20ish. Both are optional.

Okay. I'll do the main ones and the sand witch one and call it.
I've had enough running around finding nothing and getting beat up.

Can you leave the factory after doing it half way, save and come back?
