Help with Costumes

Hi guys

How do you access the halloween costumes? Right now, I don't even know when to start. I could access Tarkus, New Texas, Mhen'ga and Tavros only. Is it limited time only?

The event has a chance to proc every time the in-game date changes, but to maximize the chance you can set the date on your PC's clock to Halloween.

Thanks! Now, how do you set the date on the PC clock though? How do you edit the date? my says terran time 21:45 Solar days 30

they mean the clock on your computer

Yeah, sorry, didn't realize that in the context of TiTS my wording might make it a bit unclear. As NSG said, you need to set the date on your computer (or handheld if you play the TiTS app) to October 31. It will guarantee both of Haloween Events (Poe E carnival where you meet Holiday and the Kashima Incident) triggering properly.
