Help, softlocked at Estallia

Usually I don't have any issues with the Estallia fight but I have managed to softlock myself in the radio tower by overwriting my prior save by mistake. I decided to use the tranq on the guards as in the past I manged without; this time Estallia destroys me. Even if I manage to break her shield I can't finish the job as my attacks only hit for 1hp. I'm also sorely unprepared with no healing or useful consumables. Am I screwed? Will I need to restart the save file? Any help or tips would be appreciated.

When you defeated her without the Tranq, was it with a character similar to the one you're using?
What are your Class, Stats and Equipment?

Have you tried turning on Easy Mode in the Options?
You can use the Cheat Menu to give yourself healing items or better equipment. In particular, Power Potions can be stacked in your inventory and used an unlimited number of times in combat, for infinite Energy.
With Cheats enabled, you can change your Perk selections.
If you have to, you can probably teleport out, do some training/level up and then teleport back.

There is an exploit you can use by pressing C to open the inventory to equip/de-equip weapons over and over. This counts as taking a turn in combat even if you're down to 0HP. If you have any drones; this will guarantee you victory.

Also this is why you make a save all the way at the beginning of the mission, and not during.
