Go to the blog. Click play. Find CoC. Right click download and choose save as.

Then find the program you downloaded ("CoC_0.9.4c.swf"), right-click, select "Open in a program" -> "Other", switch the drop-down box titled "Enable" from "Recommended applications" to "All applications" (or whatever that other option is called), then select Safari (or your browser of choice) as the program to open the file. It may warn you that said program "may not be able to run SWF files", but just ignore that. There's also probably some way to set that as the default so you don't have to go through the whole thing every time, but I can't be arsed to figure how.

Easy as pie, because using a Mac is always simple and intuitive.

You can set any program as default in the information window of the file to open. Right-click, choose "information" (at least I think it's information) and then choose the "open with" option and choose a program.
