You need to jailbreak your device.

Furthermore the app is ~6 years old so may or may not work on modern versions of iOS anyway.

I would like to play it on iOS, but I think they’re right. I was going to try the web version and see if that will work.

That’s a hard nope. It doesn’t like flash.
