Help on finding location

I can fly to everyplace right now but the one between New Texas and Uveto and i have no idea what it is or how to get there. I did it once idk how but then loaded a save and cant figure it out again. any help would be nice.

That's Poe A, a holiday event planet, Halloween specifically. It can still be triggered outside of Halloween, bur it's a very small chance. When it is triggered, you'll receive and email and coordinates. You could also set your systems date to Halloween to trigger it.

Just... save before you go there.
