I already searched all of Uveto (at least i belive so) and havent found Ula.
The wiki just says she appears in a cave.

Can someone help me?

Thanks

just constantly reenter the nearest cave until she procs. It's a random encounter. Then give her something to keep her warm to get the location to Korgi Hold

Resting in any random cave works too. I actually got her to appear that way. Be sure to have either a heat belt or thermal pack on hand (don’t know if anything else works because I didn’t have any other insulating thing on hand besides a thermal pack; if it does, someone let me know so I can update the wiki on that).

The insulated coat that you can get as a drop from the hostile Korgs works too.

Think it’s safe to say any freeze protection item could work or should we stick with the three confirmed things for now? Right now the wiki makes it sound like you have to use a heat belt whic definitely isn’t true.

I just tank the cold outright. Honestly, I think they need to make the cold do much more damage. Give us a really good reason to equip that heat belt.

Why on earth does anyone use a heat belt?

Thermal packs are the best way to deal with the cold.

This isn't about you, it's about Ula. Besides, if you're a Merc or use the Hirudo Devourer of course it's easy, my Techie freezes her ass off without Thermal Packs.

Yeah, I'm not sure how we got off track, but Ula literally needs something to keep warm regardless of what we need.

Personally, my winter gear is good enough for my Tech, so I was able to just dump the Heat Belt on Ula. Oh yeah, I got the heat belt and thermal pack backwards earlier. The wiki made it sound like we need thermal packs specifically for Ula, but I was able to give her my heat belt. Still, point stands that insulating things seem to do the trick.

Time to start fudging around a bit on the wiki.

I'm a style-over-function kinda girl, though I still have a hard time deciding between the Weavemail Dress and the SteeleTech Suit.

I think the korg coat is the only coat that works though. I was carrying the two coats that are available from that shop on Uveto, but couldn't give her either of them.
