Having trouble playing updating my game

Hey all, I just recently started backing on SubscribeStar and downloaded the link for the android version of the latest backers patch. But I can't figure out how to get it to update. I'm using an Oppo R15 if that's of any use to anyone. Any help would be appreciated

You just need to download each new patch and install the new apk file. No need to uninstall or back anything up.

I suppose I should have specified my bad there. I'm having trouble installing the new patch, it downloaded just fine but no install prompt appeared like it usually did with public builds.

You might try backing your saves up using the save to file function and try a fresh install if you haven't done so already.

That did nothing at all. I'm specifically wondering how to install the latest backers patch on my android from the link Savin provides on his Subscribe Star

Unfortunately I'm not able to replicate the issue through the Subscribe Star download on either of my devices. Hopefully somebody else has encountered the same issue and has a workaround.
