according to the wiki ( http://wiki.smutosaur.us/Testicle_%28TiTS%29 )it's possible to do but no matter what i try it won't work. i keep getting "Endowment Immobilized"  but then nothing happens no matter where i am. i think the exhibition mechanic broke maybe interfering

If your character's exhibitionism is too high, the only places that masturbation is illegal in the game so far is the Mechanist's Shop and the Arbetz's lobby.
