Having problems with shop scenes, accessing inventory, and changing Cait's load out.

Every time I try to shop, or access storage, or change load out, there seems to be a critical error. Has anyone else had this? It doesn't always happen either.

I'm getting the same, including when I try to use or drop items sometimes. The error message I got after using a Virility Booster is as follows (I had used 3-4 virility boosters successfully before I got the error):
