Have kids with Berwyn?

Hello!
I've Gotten Berwyn to 100% dominant but i havent found a way for my character to have kids with them. Is this a bug or do i need to do something other than completing their questline?

The normal way worked for me. You don't need some special option.

Post berryquest 2 can't get you pregnant iirc. B's currently writing preg content for post berryquest atm.
