I started a new game as a Bimbo character. She is currently a virgin as she is in a relationship with Ryn and is waiting for her chastity belt to come off. I don't think my character has had sex with Zhara (or if she has, it was only getting licked), but after renovating the Wayfort, I got a notification from Daliza that the harpies had moved in, and Zhara brought baby Mitra with her. Since my character is female, nor did I receive any nightly visits at the Frost Hound, this is impossible.
