They're rare items, drop rate is rather low. And on M'Henga you still have to contend with getting silver rings/piercings/studs instead, as they are also in the loot pool.

2. Massacre everything there

That's it, I got 3 items in 15 minutes the key is just winning lots of combat encounters.
