Hair length and salamander TFs

[Hergle]

I read somewhere that at some point there were salamander TFs added that affected hair length and color. Beyond mentions in forum post and even patch notes I have not seen any sign of them in game and their pages on the wiki are non existent. Even if they don't do what I'm hoping they do, can anyone tell me where these elusive TFs are hiding from me?
