I'm halfway through ZhengShi and I remembered I've yet to beat Shizuya in a match. Anyone have any tips and advice to pull a dub? Finding the ship has been impossible as well.
I'm running a Physical Merc build: Tweaked Vamp Blade, a shield I can throw(forgot the name), Goo Armor, Prototype Shield(the one in the safe on ZhengShi)

One possibility would be FZR Fire Suppression System + a Crushing weapon (Saurmorian Hammer, Jolthammer, Masterwork/Yappi Strap, etc). This strategy actually works best with a melee build, since the FZR can't benefit from Second Shot.

You haven't mentioned your accessory. You could try a Salamander Defense System for a little extra damage when your Shields go down. Shield Aug Bracers would give your Salamander Defense System more damage. The Santa Hat would give you a little more health.

Remember you can use 1x Shield Booster MK II in a fight. You can also use healing items like Field Surgeon's Kit or Healing Poultice.

You know to avoid her counter-attacks right?

If the Great Majin is in port, there will be a 'Hangar' button.

In regards to @Theron 's point on accessories, you can only equip one accessory and thus can't equip both the Salamander Defense System and the Shield Aug Bracers. Equip the former if you want extra one-shot damage, the latter if you want extra Shields and Shield Defense, or the Santa Hat if you want extra Health. Other options include:
  • Lightning Duster for the +60% electric resistance
  • Signet of Bravery for some extra Health (half as much as the Santa Hat), Physique and Aim (5 each)
  • Any combat drone other than Bimbo Siegwulfe for consistent extra damage per turn
Outside lust mode, Shizuya's attacks deal mixed kinetic-electric crushing damage, so the best armour for this fight (assuming you're going to be taking Health damage) is probably the Pump-King's Platemail. It has high Defense and Health bonuses, +40% electric resistance and +25% crushing resistance from the Plated flag.
You can still use the Gray Goo Armor if you want (its decent Defense and +25% kinetic resistance will be helpful), but its -25% electric weakness will likely be a liability without equipping the aforementioned Lightning Duster to compensate.
As a level 10 (I assume) Mercenary, you'll already have an innate +15% kinetic resistance.
Note that all of the above resistances/weaknesses apply to Health damage only, and that I'm not experienced in health damage based builds so I can't guarantee that the raw stats I'm working off of will translate to being especially effective in-game.

On the other hand, if you're good at both dishing out and taking tease damage, you could use that instead. With close to maxed-out tease skills and 80% Willpower, I managed to beat her using this strategy, despite a two-level disadvantage, no pheromones and only a handful of Sexiness points (as a result of my shield-based tank build).

You're right about the Bracers and Salamander not stacking. I forgot.

Pump-King Platemail has the disadvantage of:
1. Only obtainable during Halloween, unless you use tistheseason.
2. The event can only be started if you have not recruited Penny.
Otherwise it's a great choice. If you don't have it, you could use Augment-Weave Armor instead for the +50 Shields and +24% Electric Resistance.
Augment-Weave is good to have around anyway because it doubles Soreness recovery when Resting (1->2) or Sleeping (3->6).

Emmy sells the Ozone Aegis. While it has only 70 Shields, it has 10% Kinetic and 20% Electric Resistances, compared to the Pirate Prototype 200 Shields, 30% Kinetic and -50% Electric. Shield Augment Bracers and Augment-Weave would give you 170 Shields total. May or may not make a difference, I'm not sure.

Thanks for the help you two! I managed to find the ship and beat her 1st try. As long as I watched out for her counter, and froze her, I was golden. Now I can be Bruce Lee(ft. Metal Space doggo) and take the solar system by storm.
