Attempting to hold yourself together you place your hands on your thighs and command the rebellious biomass to support you, only to have your hands sink inside your simulated musculature. It feels... good. Without thinking, you plunge into your elbows, squeezing and kneading your own goopy insides.

perhaps change " you plunge into your elbows" to "you plunge in up to your elbows" otherwise it's a very confusing sentence.
