A thin mist lingered on the floor of the temple. It weaved around the stone columns that held the temple in place. On a good day, the sunlight would refract off the marble of the temple and create a blinding light to thwart any intruders. However, on an island shrouded in a thick barrier of fog, a good day was very rare. This lonesome island was called the land within the mist. The people of Greece believed this land to hold some sort of treasure of the gods. Others believed it housed a terrible creature and imprisoned away from mankind. Those who ventured to the land within the mist never returned. It was said only when you are not looking for it will the land appear.
