You did read the warning label, right? (Terran Treats should reverse goo hair if you eat enough of them. Maybe, I'm not sure)

I'm pretty sure it's irreversible. There's a warning for a reason.

It used to be reverseable until stage 2 (tho still reapplied unreverseable at stage 3 or 4), but i'm pretty sure its permanent right off the bat by now.

Zo'dee warns you when she gives you the pill that its permanent.

Only took one. I used a treat got normal hair. Took a step it said your scalp feels funny. Rested for 7 hours hair went back to goo

Now only magic of TiTSED can save you as no other ways to save in the game world exist. (Also goo TF is one of those irreversable ones so PC picking it will need to bear result of been forever part/full goo...or until save editing)

It's a text game.

And yet people are still 'accidentally' doing events such as blowing up Myrellion and the like, a.k.a an event that doesn't happen if one were to READ THE WARNING and TOOLTIPS.
If anything from what I've seen in discord, seems like lots of People won't bother to read in a TEXT porn game, either it doesn't help them beat their boner or their just fast clicking through the game like nobody's business.

A lot of people aren't native speakers, maybe?

That bit where your hair returns back to goo after 7 hours after being able to get normal hair was added several months ago, after it was reported as a bug.

Heh a returning menace of not reading in text game. Nothing we can do for those that are lazy to click fast or not read as long it's not fap fuel they need. Been or not native speaker isn't much difference. Some of warning are put in BOLD letter ingame so if player will still try push all bad luck on not reading this bold fragment and it it not understand using even google translator to find out what it mean then not much s/he have anyone else to blame then it own lazyness.

Dunno. I think it should be pretty obvious meaning even if google translator or any other translator try to mess up the meaning. Still seeing in scene or tooltip text in bold letters may mean that before picking options/using item it would be also wise to save so if result is...not to our expectation it can be fast fixed by load.

Honestly I really don't get the point of having made goo TF so irreversible. It feels like a needless hassle. I really miss the way CoC handled it.

Its degrading cells, hard to make cells change that don't exist at all anymore. I get what you mean, but thats TiTS logic with it. His only hope is Save Edit at this point, as that is the only way to reverse it at present to my knowledge.

What if I told you some people like permanent effects? Like, you know, me. And the guy who wrote GaloMax, Fen.

I'd call you a shit posting liar!

Lol. But yeah I get there may be some market for permanent TFs but galomax still seems like an awkward way to handle it since there are a lot of folks who would like to pick up certain goo parts/ traits without getting permanently locked into other TFs along the way they might not want.

The permanency fetishists might probably be better served by some perk or status debuff that puts them at risk at getting permanently locked into any TFs they encounter while the perk or debuff is active.

Just write another TF then. Most TFs here get written because someone didn't like permanent effects.
