Has anyone else noticed that despite giving your character gills, there's no mention of them in the appearance section of the journal? I've repeated using a Mandrake Root Infused Siorc Bulb, checking the appearance screen when obtained just in case I missed a line, but I've checked over a dozen times and its like it never even happened.
