Getting Rid of Buttslutt Perk?

Is there any way to get rid of the Buttslut perk without save editing? I didn't know what it did, since the description is very vague. My character is male and I'm not into hyper assets or growing/inflation, so perpetually-growing, size 18 ass is too much for me.

pc.removePerk('Buttslut');

Honestly, you don't really need to understand. All it takes is identifying patterns and applying them as needed.
