getting into mage tower

HOW DO I get past the golem to get into the mage tower?

I hope it not sound rude answer but you need to beat it (only that). So if you can't do it yet, that mean you need to lvl-up your party more (and get some better eq if their not have best one accesable at the moment).

The golem is actually not too difficult to beat, with my party of lvl 10 Kia, Terry, and myself (courtesan, acolyte, and rogue) it was fairly easy fight. I basically just used distract on my courtesan to slow its actions and ramp up its lust to make it miss turns, while Kia buffed Terry and healed whoever the golem hit and Terry just dished out the damage.
