Gems missing from the Kiyoko amulet puzzle

Has anyone else run into this issue, and, if so, how’d you fix it? I miss my foxwife.
It might be your interface. You can see the puzzle screen, but the gems don't appear? Like a missing image on a webpage or something? Can you still potentially click where they are? If so, maybe you could still get past it if you had a screen shot that showed the location of each gem (so you knew what you were clicking and dragging). Are you running the game through Steam? Are you in full screen or windowed mode? Maybe try changing resolution? I am only spit-balling, however, just to offer some ideas.
I’m on an iPad. I can still interact with it, i just can’t see the gems. I’ve made it through the first one by guessing, but the rest were too much. I’ll try to look up a picture of the gems to see if that can help.
