Since the PC can get Dr Badger turned into the UGC by telling Penny about her, will she eventually be available at Gastigoth?

I’d love to see that implemented though. There isn’t many Dr Badger sex scenes and having a repeatable one would be really nice.

I'm gonna guess that most likely a 3rd party might have to write the sex scenes and interactions for Dr. Badger (could be wrong on this) there since the prisoners right now only merely have repeated sex scenes from first encounters whereas Badger had none to begin with (Unless ya bimbofy her, but you can't jail her that way...) And the only unique sex scene at the moment was the one @Night Trap wrote for Sam. Would be nice to see Badger get hers though!
