[Game Version: 0.9.071-BACKER-ELECTRON#3862] bug storage capacity Sidewinder

I just hijacked the Sidewinder, but the storage is bugged. If the storage of a specific categorie exceeds 10 I can't fly anymore.

Please attach your save, this one has been hard to track down. Also confirm that saving/loading doesn't fix it, what seemed to be a workaround for some folks that made it hard to report.

I'm afraid I no longer have the save file for when I got this bug, but it is working now after traveling to a few different locations

THINK I might finally have this fixed; think the remaining issue was limited specifically to the sidewinder when you initially take it. Saving and loading after taking it would fix the problem, but it was broken until that point.
