[Game Version: 0.9.031-BACKER#2791] Hardlight Upgrade module doing nothing?

I have used the hardlight upgrade module when wearing both a hardlight anti-grav thong from uveto's carbonado and a hardlight thong from Aliss's shop, neither had new options to custmise the dong and after walking around Tavros for 5 in game days (with each pair of underwear, having reset the save changed underwear and installed the module again in between) the 'malfunction' never occured. (Though I could just be extremely unlucky as the wiki says the scene has very low odds?)

So far as I know, the HLU 'customization' only enables one scene with the Korgonne female. It's severely underutilized.

I tried in JavaScript 0.9.031-PUBLIC#2790. Never occurred.
I know I've gotten it before in one of the Flash versions but tried it in 0.8.160 and couldn't get it. Might be too rare.
