[Game Version: 0.9.001-BACKER#2029] Vahn in Tavros isn't repairing ship armor

I had the default ship damaged and reduced to 947/2000 armor. Despite seeing at the hangar that "Vahn lets you know that he’ll get to work fixing the damage to your ship’s armor.", I spent multiple days in Tavros and the armor has not gone up at all. Vahn must be slacking.

Can confirm this is happening on all my saves. Paying for repairs seems to be working, though. It's just Vahn.

Fixed this earlier, will probably get a new build out tomorrow with it included.
