[Game Version: 0.69.420-PUBLIC#1911] Azra's Tarkus Expedition achievement causes a critical error

I completed the sydian matriarch section of Azra's Tarkus expedition and the game crashed. I tried reloading and picking a different option in the encounter to no avail.

This should be fixed for next. The achievement system is not ready yet (obviously) but some of the groundwork is causing bugs. Sorry!
