Going through options in Mhen'ga Mead Hall:

Erika -> Buy Drink -> X-Zil-rate -> Public Sex -> Threesome

produces the following scene:

You get a better idea. “Come out from under there,” you tell her as you pull her onto the seat next to you and stand up. Wandering to the bar proper you search out a partner for your plan to stuff the silly little kaithrit.

There's only one button available at this point, "Next" which loops back to previous screen (i.e. selection between Dick/Pussy/Threesome) There's no indication if the scene needs any extra conditions, or anything.
