I have an idea for a game and some of a plot , but that's all I really have for it.
It would be a combo of Bleach , Dragon Ball , Naruto , and Fairytale.
Each would be a different world/same world different kingdoms.
(The Universe idea) The Universe would consist of
Dragon ball would have earth , Vegeta , Namek/new Namek.
Naruto would be the regular planet with the different villages.
Fairy tail would be basically the same as the Naruto world
Bleach would be the soul society and the regular world that has the rift to Hueco Mundo.
Saiyans would have mostly Male and Female , with a decent chance of giving birth to a Futa.
Namekians Would mostly be Futa with a low chance of being Male or Female.
The Naruto depending on what clan you're from world would mostly be Male and Female with a low chance of being born Futa.
The Fairy tail world would be basically the same as the Naruto world.
The Bleach world: Soul Reapers: Male , Female , low chance of futa. Human: Male , Female , low chance Futa.
Quincy: Male , Female , equal chance Futa.
Hueco Mundo Espada: Male , Female , high chance of futa. Hollow: Male , Female , Futa equal chance futa.
Shinigami would be high ranking in the world.

You would be able to create your character Male , Female , Futa and what you want to be.
You can get with characters from the other worlds , start your own clan.
Fight the villains of the world , if human/Naruto/Fairy tail if/when you die you can choose who in your clan to continue as.
Enemies would do the same and they would also have offspring possibly.

Allows harem.

Would anyone be willing to work/make this into a game?
I think it would be a great game
but I can't really wright that good for this type of thing
Need someone with describing the characters
Maybe need someone to design them.

I have an idea for a game and some of a plot , but that's all I really have for it.
That's a problem. Each member of a team is expected to bring contribute something useful. Writing, artwork, and code are obvious. Music and SFX can set the emotional tone of the game. Most projects will fall apart if they lack organization and leadership. Testing, feedback, and encouragement are also very important (but usually towards the middle of a project rather than the beginning).

People tend to dismiss someone who wants to be the "idea guy", because projects need much more than mere ideas. It's okay for you to be the high-concept planner, so long as you're also willing to contribute more tangible stuff. You don't even need to possess the relevant technical skills today, so long as you're willing to learn those skills as the project proceeds.

Of course, you can be a pure "idea guy" if you're willing to finance the whole project and pay your team. But if your teammates are volunteers then they're going to expect you to do some actual work.

It would be a combo of Bleach , Dragon Ball , Naruto , and Fairytale.
This idea needs to be elaborated and fleshed out.

It seems like you're saying "I enjoy these four things are would like to play a game which involves all of them." The problem is that you haven't actually laid out a game concept. We can assume that you're thinking of a text-based exploration+combat game similar to Fenoxo's work, but that isn't actually clear. It's possible that you're imagining a visual novel, or a platformer, or a JRPG, or a SRPG.

Take a look at SlaveMaker. It includes characters from each of the series that you mentioned, but it surrounds those characters with a common set of game mechanics, and merges all of its characters into a shared fantasy world. It's possible to describe SlaveMaker without mentioning any of the specific characters that appear within it -- by talking about mechanics, menu design, gameplay experience, progression systems, etc... You should attempt to do the same thing for your game. Once you've done that, you can write a few more sentences to explain how the borrowed characters and settings will fit into your game.

You've mentioned a permadeath system and major villains, which suggests that the game might be challenging or scary. But you've also mentioned a harem system, which suggests that it's more lighthearted sexy fun. It isn't yet clear what sort of tone or emotional impact your game might deliver.

This bit:
Enemies would do the same and they would also have offspring possibly.
Suggests that it's a sandbox or simulation game rather than a traditional linear story. But you also mentioned that you have a plot, which suggests linear narrative. You haven't sketched out the basic gameplay loop, or identified the basic systems. Is there combat? Dialogue? Map traversal? Inventory management? Stat building? Resource management?

Would anyone be willing to work/make this into a game?
Do some planning. List some of the tasks that need to be done (e.g. "draw the overland map", "compose BGM tracks", "invent stats for Saiyan armor and ninja costumes", "implement a turn-based combat engine", "write a sex scene in which the PC has a threesome with Soifon and Android 18"). Then decide which tasks you can do, which ones you're willing to do after learning the necessary skills, and which ones you need help with. Give people an idea of how they can fit into your project and how long the project might take.

At this point, it's too early for other people to get involved. Even if someone says "yes", they wouldn't really know what they're getting themselves into :)

I know you don't realize it, but you are asking people to spend likely months of work to make a game for you personally. I don't think you are likely to find many takers unless you are offering a lot of money. There probably are not a lot of game developers sitting around idle because they are waiting for someone to suggest that they make a game. If you aren't planning to contribute anything to the development of the game, you are not part of the development team. You are a customer.

Additionally, and I apologize for being blunt, your post doesn't sound like you actually have an idea for a game. It just sounds like you enjoy watching Shounen Jump series.
