Looking at the code, it looks like the cunt-snake will be affected in the same way as any other tail; it will retain all flags except Furred, Fluffy, Scaled, Chitinous and Feathered, then gain the Gooey flag. The tail's type and count will also remain the same.

Also, you don't need to censor the word 'cunt' on these forums, for reasons that should be obvious.
