I can't seem to get the "Work & Fuck" option to come up.

I don't know if the wiki is accurate, but it states

As such the Work'N'Fuck option to unlock her scenes only becomes available when the player is a Tech Specialist or has an Intelligence quotient of at least 90%.

now my intelligence is only 84%, but I am certainly a tech specialist. Bug, or was it changed?

Okay, so upon evaluating Olympia's file it says that she was supposed to let Tech Specialists bypass the intelligence test. Which makes sense from a storytelling perspective. But that check wasn't coded/is double spaced. So your going to need to increase your intelligence quotient to 90% or if @Jacques00 will see this and decide that should be a thing. Until then, I'm going to delete that from the wiki. Amongst other things.

I have a Merc with maxed out intelligence, and all I got are dick fuck and tail ride, I literally just checked before I posted. Now to be completely sure I read the whole scene and it is where you fuck her up the bum and discuss the ship design with her in an increasingly erotic manner. I don't know if this helps or not but those are all that pop up, maybe you are confusing Olympia's duck fuck with shekka's work and fuck option.

Then I guess it's just the tech specialist part that's bugged. The only advice I can give is go see auto in the morning and talk until you're smart enough. It's how I maxed out my intelligence.
