Four arms?

Hey, so I'm considering making one of my OCs in CoC2 and she usually has four arms.
Is it possible to get a four arm mutation in this game? Or in any Fenoxo game?

Unlike TiTs, in CoC2, I think they're avoiding the more exotic body types. So things like non-humanoid legs and extra limbs. I think the reason was for coding purposes and that those body types aren't really popular leading to most writers not including them in their scenes.
