Not individually. That would add a lot more work for The Observer to do, and would also set the precedent that the Champion's kids should always be interactable. IIRC, as part of standardising what CoC2 writers have to support, Savin had to decide between 'all kids must be interactable' and 'with some plot-relevant exceptions (e.g. Kinu), no kids are to be interactable'. One of the perceived problems with TiTS is that some of Steele's kids can be interacted with while others can't because not all writers supported that, so he went with 'no support' for CoC2. It's a similar story with non-bipeds and tail genitals.

Oh, that's disappointing but understandable.
