Exactly what the title says. Combining Flames Within and two pieces of the Pyromancer Set to maintain the weapon buff. Still taking the fire damage from Flames Within, but not getting the Arousal and Fire-Empowered Weapon from the Pyromancer Set. I checked with regular health and shield health, but the buff isn't applying the other buff.
Flames Within doesn't proc Fire-Empowered Weapon
