Fixed [Fixt] "You need a penis to access this scene" when I have one

Was doing some testing with Taivra and her "Glory Fuck" option is greyed out, and says "You need a penis to access this scene" when I have one, any help? I was messing around with Circumscriber Cream and stuff since I was too large for Taivra, and I ended up getting to be the right size apparently, but she seems to have forgotten that I have a penis

the tooltip message is incorrect, your penis is just too large for that scene, just as you are for Anno

Yeah, I realised my issue with Anno and edited the post, must've taken a bit to go through

Updated to have a correct disabled tooltip for next patch. (Also did the same for "Breed Her" and its even tighter limits.)
