Works fine for me on dev, I think this is fixed already. If you attach a save I can confirm.

You'll need a little more money, ofc, but recruit in that save works fine when you, uhh, increase the amount of money you have. Somehow.

EDIT: oh yeah, must be a correection in the INDEV branch. Tried it with a save with...more credits....and the recruit button did zilch.

Sorry. Sometimes what I'm typing is autocorrected. Either its a quirk of my brain or a quirk of MS' latest (which has a toggle for autocorrect, but it's off).

Fen also just took in a bunch of changes, so hopefully a new backer build will be out soon.
