[Fixt] Quest Log Critical Failure

Whenever I touch the Log I get a Critical error.

Ahh, I see what's happening. I gated the planet filter buttons to unlock based on what content the player could load. But "all" is a valid selection for any body. Need to gate content too.

I have the exact same error message so it isn't an isolated issue if that helps
