[Fixt] Crash (misuse of Dicksprout on leithan tail)

Used Dicksprout from Sera's shop (like others have noted, Sell button still isn't functional, though in my opinion it's because Sub Sera isn't converted yet):
- On the crotch, no problem, the menus and such worked as normal.
- On the tail (half-leithan), Critical Error crash:

Got a save handy? Was able to make some fixes, but I'd like to test.

I did do a bit of save-editing, but only to get more credits/incubation speed; neither should affect an addition of a tailcock, I believe? Might be due to being entirely female aside from the incoming tail->tailcock.
