[Fixt] Can't access Taivra's throne room

I've done the quest and upgraded her throne, but as of right now I can't get in. The ability to actually walk into the throne room is locked as through you still needed the key. Save file attached.

I encountered the same issue, but I found something of a work around. It seems like the throne room is actually unlocked from the start, and choosing the "use key" option actually locks you out. Once you're past the Praetorians, you can just walk straight in. Now, if you've already used the key, you'd still have to go back and reload an earlier save, but the quest is completable if you don't use the key.

Looks like the unlock check was inverted. Should be fixed for next patch.
