[Fixt] antenna bug

I was trying to get rid of antenna that I got from the zil ration, when I encountered an error. I also noticed that the terran treat would only try to remove the antenna after a certain number of features became human, and not on the first try. here is the error:

Interesting. antennaeUnlocked seems to be missing from the code entirely right now, but it's needed in quite a few places. Maybe related to hasAntennae? Though they're often used together.

Musing aside, one of the other peeps will have to handle this one.

Yeah looks like those were pruned, so I went ahead and removed references to them. Fixt
