Fall of the Phoenix: After first fight pressing key E or button "exit" returns me to my ship.
Clicking icon on left bottom corner transfer me to cargo hold that allow me to complete this quest.

Reaha stopped paying her debt.

Gray goo armor glitches:
When worn "crew - Nova - back - next" open inventory.
When she stays on the ship "crew - Nova - leave - next" show "crew" button.

zil champion’s bow have dank rarity, but assegai is only jank?

Regarding being able to "Exit" the Phoenix like a normal ship - I have that fixed for next patch.
