edit: digging further, looks there's an error in pc.hasVaginas() function -- it reports true for PC in the attached save. Probably because it checks by default whether number of vaginas >= 1, instead of > 1 used in old source, and expected by the scenes which use it.
Either a mistake in the scene code or the vagina count check function, but Akane's "Forced Orgasms" scene includes the bit for extra pussy even though my PC only has one:
Subsequent parts of the scene suffer from the same error -- the text is composed as if the PC had multiple vaginas instead of the one she actually has.
Attached a savefile; to replicate, press "To The Lair" -> "Akane" -> "Her" -> "Sex" -> "Forced Org"
