Are inline illustrations enabled? Disabling them also disables the posters.

Do you have a save file for testing?

And yes, check your options to make sure you don't have images disabled or are playing the game offline (where the images are unable to load).

Edit: Oh, I see what's happening. This is not a bug--just a questionable appearance to the screen (the bust art and name are supposedly cleared, so it just looks awkward). I've updated it to look a little more appropriate now.

Ye, I have it on. It's just not there.

I see it now when I go to decoration, I just don't see it on the overworld.

Okay, solved it.

Donkey's fancy new crew categorization button code was clearing the output pane in the security office/crew rooms, preventing decorations displayed there from showing.

Fixed for next patch.
