In the second part of Azra's expedition on Tarkus, when trying to hack the door open the minigame will not complete, freezing when the completion state is reached. The "give up" button does nothing, only taking you to the page that (I assume) should appear before the hacking minigame.

Fixed for next patch - and updated the lights out puzzle after it to the original configuration.
