The cunt snake hits you with his fangs!.

Cunt Snakes are usually described as 'it' in other descriptions.

I don't see a way to determine what kind of cunt the Snake has before it bonds with Steele. It used to be in the description at the beginning of each round:

You’re fighting the cunt snake....
...A puffy, black horse-like gash is visible at the end of its body. It often shifts to point it towards you so that you can see just how sopping wet the hole is.

Now it's just

You’re fighting the cunt snake.

If the player wants a specific type of cunt, this is a problem.

So far this has lead to a new option to only show combat descs on the first round, and also an upgrade to the "closer look" button to allow it to display the default description for NPCs who don't have the full appearance enabled.
